We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Sakura Lab Diamonds.
30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged, with any original tags and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
For approved change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where those rights apply.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
Unless required by law, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Custom, personalised or made-to-order jewellery
- Jewellery that has been resized, altered or modified
- Earrings that have been worn, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, damaged or returned without their original packaging

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us first.
Where a change-of-mind return is approved, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a new order for your preferred piece.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
